Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning is so versatile. You won’t want your veggies any other way after you’ve tried this recipe. Super easy and super delicious.
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and dry your veggies.
Place in a bowl and pour olive oil to coat lightly.
Sprinkle Lindberg Snider Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning all over veggies.
Place on a foiled lined baking sheet. Spread veggies out and allow them to have room to cook.
Place in a 425º oven or on a grill. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Toss 1 to 2 times during the baking process.

Our veggie preference is: Zucchini, onions, squash, asparagus.
