A delicious side dish for any dinner.
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash potatoes well.
Do not peel, cut into bite-size pieces.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle liberally with Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning.
Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet, cover with foil, bake at 425° for 25 – 30 mins.
