Such a fresh and easy meal. Delicious any time of the year. Our Lemon Roast & Seafood Seasoning brings this dish to life. You can add shrimp, chicken or fish to this dish too.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook fettuccine as instructed on the box. Keep a small amount of pasta water and set it aside.
Add olive oil to the skillet. Then add minced garlic. Let cook for about 1 minute. Add roasted peppers. Warm through. Approx 1-2 minutes.
Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
Then add 1-2 tbsp of Lemon Roast & Seafood Seasoning. Mix together well. (this depends on your taste)
Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce.
Add a small amount of pasta water if you need to make a little more sauce to coat the pasta.
Add flat leaf parsley, pepper and parmesan cheese and serve. Squeeze ½ lemon over the dish before serving.
