These aren’t your mama’s chicken wings. These are Ruby’s Hot BBQ Chicken Wings, named after the one and only Ruby Snider, herself. These have great flavor with just a mild amount of heat.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400º
Pat chicken wings dry. Pour melted butter over the wings. Coat all wings with butter. Add salt and pepper.
Place chicken wings on a wire rack. Leave a little space in between each wing.
Bake wings until skin is golden brown and crispy (approx 40 minutes)
Pull wings out and place in bowl.
Pour Ruby’s Hot BBQ Sauce over the chicken. Toss to coat. Enjoy!
For extra crispy wings, bake for 30 minutes at 400º. Lower temperature to 170º and bake for 30-45 minutes longer.
You can also use an airfryer.

3 lb chicken wings
1/2 cup or more Ruby's Hot BBQ
2 tbsp Melted Butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste
