Marinated, authentic, grilled carne asada. You won’t be disappointed when you try this recipe. It will become a family favorite instantly. Make tacos, nachos or as a main entree. Add some rice and beans on the side for an amazing dinner.
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate 3 hrs. in refrigerator covered – or better – covered overnight in refrigerator.
Grill until well done! ENJOY.
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs flap meat
1 bottle Lindberg Snider Mexican Marinade
3 tsp Lindberg Snider Porterhouse & Roast Seasoning
12 oz. orange juice
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 onion, sliced

Mexican Marinade
A must have! Mexican Marinade is perfect on carne asada or chicken. We use fresh lime juice never from concentrate. This is a citrus herb marinade that creates the best carne asada or pollo asada. (grilled steak or grilled chicken). Add a little heat if you like it spicy by throwing in some diced jalapeños or crushed chili flakes. It will be the hit of every backyard BBQ!
